STEP 2 - ProALCAR+ Advanced is the important Step 2 of the comprehensive 3 System. This is a quality blend of Acetyl L-Carnitine and Yerba Mate. These two ingredients work synergistically together to aid in fat metabolism and support natural energy production.
Acetyl L-carnitine is a potent form of the amino acid Carnitine. It has been shown to assist the breakdown of fat, support energy levels and maintain general well-being. Yerba Mate is a South American plant that helps maintain brain health and reduces mental fatigue.

Directions for Use
Take one capsule first thing in the morning with food and with 250-500ml of water. Take another capsule with lunch or before training with 250-500ml of water or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Drink at least 3L or water spread evenly throughout the day.
Warnings
Adults only. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Contains 10mg caffeine per capsule. A cup on instant coffee contains approx. 80mg of caffeine. Caffeine intake more than 200mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Contains naturally occurring sulfites. Store below 25°C in a cool dry place. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken
